Fast and Fresh food chooses to buy local produce when available, purchase from local vendors for many of our luscious desserts, prepared foods and artisan products. We buy from local farmers and food producers to support our thriving local food industry.

We love to use only the finest ingredients available, including sea salts, organic extra virgin olive oil, veggies, fruits and meats available.  We use organic as frequently as possible. 

During the warm summer months you can frequently find us at the local market buying to freshest and best produce!!  We buy from Abondanza Farms, Cure Farms, Zwecks Organic Farms, Haystack Moutain Dairy, Shamane's Bake Shop, Phil's Fresh Foods, Burrito Kitchens, Howie's Cookies, Bliss Organic Ice Cream, IZZE and many more local products.

Our commitment is to provide beautiful and fresh food services with a minimal amount of waste. Fast and Fresh food is a certified Green Star Company. We compost our food waste, reduce our waste by using as much reusable dishware as possible and package our "to go" items in biodegradable and compostable containers, plates, flatware and cups.
